Terms of
Service and Pricing
PCProFixIt
strives to provide the best service and prices in
town!
PCProFixIt rates are competitive but vary depending
on your the problem. A flat evaluation fee of $25.00
is assessed to diagnose the computer
problem for all home and/or office visits. If
service is agreed upon, the hourly rate, in most
cases, is $30.00 an hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Small business rates may vary.
You are billed for the time our technician is at
your location, and not for travel time unless your
location is over 50 miles from our location in which
case the charge is $25 and $25 for each additional
50 miles thereafter.
The customer will be responsible for the purchase of
any hardware and/or software needed or requested.
Additional charges will be added if
any hardware or software is provided.
PCProFixIt will determine additional cost and
guarantee of service.
All cost and charges are non-negotiable.
Holidays are double the normal hourly rate:
Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter.
